We are looking for a commercially driven Web3 Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales Manager to take ownership of CoinAugur’s partner acquisition process.

About the role

You will identify suitable sponsors, build relationships with crypto founders and marketing teams, manage outreach and close paid partnership campaigns.

This is not a generic cold-calling role. You will be representing a premium, selective crypto platform and will be expected to approach relevant projects professionally and thoughtfully.

The ideal candidate understands the Web3 industry, is comfortable speaking with founders and marketing teams, and has experience selling sponsorships, advertising, partnerships or B2B services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify reputable crypto projects, tools and platforms that are suitable for CoinAugur partnerships
  • Build and manage a qualified sponsor pipeline
  • Research recently funded, launched or growing Web3 businesses
  • Contact prospective partners through email, X, and Telegram
  • Introduce CoinAugur’s partnership packages and explain the value of its audience
  • Manage follow-ups, introductory calls and commercial discussions
  • Prepare and send partnership proposals
  • Maintain all leads, activity and follow-ups within a shared CRM
  • Coordinate campaign details, assets and launch dates with approved partners
  • Work with the CoinAugur team on pricing, placement and creative approval
  • Provide weekly updates on pipeline, conversations, proposals and closed revenue
  • Build long-term relationships that may lead to repeat campaigns

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Web3 business development, sponsorship sales, media sales or commercial partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry
  • Experience managing outreach through email, X, Telegram and LinkedIn
  • Confident communicating with founders, marketing teams and decision-makers
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Comfortable leading sales calls, handling objections and negotiating commercial terms
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of the full partnership process
  • Strong judgement when assessing the quality and reputation of potential partners
  • Professional approach to outreach without relying on spammy or high-volume tactics
  • Availability for approximately 10–15 hours per week

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with Web3 founders, agencies, exchanges or marketing teams
  • Previous experience selling sponsorship packages valued between £500 and £5,000+
  • Experience working with a crypto publication, analytics platform, exchange, conference or marketing agency
  • A proven track record of closing sponsorship, advertising or partnership deals
  • Experience building a commercial partnerships function from an early stage
  • Familiarity with crypto launches, funding rounds, token listings and ecosystem campaigns
  • Experience creating partnership proposals, campaign briefs and performance reports
  • Understanding of crypto advertising and financial-promotion considerations
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Airtable or similar CRM platforms
