These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and COINAUGUR LTD (Company No. 17305080), the company that operates CoinAugur (https://www.coinaugur.ai).

By accessing or using CoinAugur, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

CoinAugur provides crypto market data, analysis, and AI-generated forecasts for general informational and educational purposes only. All content is provided “as is” and “as available”.

CoinAugur does not provide investment recommendations and is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

You are responsible for evaluating the information on CoinAugur and for any decisions you make. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified, independent professional before making any financial decision.

• Crypto assets are highly volatile and speculative.
• Their value can fall as well as rise, and you may lose some or all of your capital.
• Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
• Crypto markets can be illiquid and may be subject to sudden, significant price movements.

Forecasts on CoinAugur are produced by AI models from assumptions and available data. They are speculative estimates and scenarios — not guarantees. Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and different models may disagree. You should not rely on them as investment recommendations.

CoinAugur relies on third-party data sources and AI model providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data, and we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or interruptions arising from it.

We aim to keep CoinAugur available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

The CoinAugur name, branding, design, text, and original content are owned by COINAUGUR LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission, except as permitted by law.

You agree not to:

• Use CoinAugur for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data except as expressly permitted.
• Misrepresent CoinAugur content as financial advice or as your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COINAUGUR LTD shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including any trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, CoinAugur or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

From time to time, COINAUGUR LTD may run giveaways, prize draws, free-entry competitions, or similar promotions — including on social media platforms such as X (@CoinAugur) and Instagram. This section sets out the general terms that apply to those promotions. It is written for free-entry promotions, where no purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

Promoter. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the promoter is COINAUGUR LTD (Company No. 17305080), 46 Cunningham Road, Waterlooville, England, PO7 5TX. Questions about a promotion should be sent to support@coinaugur.ai. By entering, you accept these terms and the specific rules for that promotion.

Eligibility.

• Unless the specific rules say otherwise, entrants must be aged 18 or over, resident in the location stated in the promotion, and legal residents of jurisdictions where participation in the giveaway and receipt of the prize are permitted by applicable law.
• Employees, contractors, and agents of COINAUGUR LTD, and their immediate family or household members, may be excluded to keep the promotion fair.
• We may ask you to verify your identity, age, or eligibility before awarding a prize, and may withhold a prize until we are reasonably satisfied you are eligible.

How to enter.

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary, unless a specific, lawful promotion clearly states otherwise.
• Entry instructions and the closing date and time will be stated clearly in the relevant giveaway post or page. Entries must be complete, accurate, and received before the deadline.
• You are responsible for any costs you incur in entering (for example your own data charges).

Disqualification and fair play. We may disqualify entries that are automated, bulk, fake, bot-generated, duplicated, or otherwise fraudulent, and entries that breach a platform’s rules, are abusive, misleading, or unlawful, or that attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the promotion.

Prizes.

• Prize details will be stated in the promotion. Prizes are as described and are non-transferable unless we say otherwise.
• There is no cash alternative unless we expressly state one.
• We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary — for example if the original becomes unavailable.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivering a prize that are caused by events outside our reasonable control, or by incorrect details you provide.

Winner selection. Winners will be chosen using the method stated in the promotion — for example a random draw from all valid entries, or judging against clearly stated criteria. Where a random draw is used, it will be conducted fairly from all eligible entries; where judging is used, the judging criteria will be stated. Our decision is final to the extent permitted by law.

Contacting and announcing winners.

• We will contact winners using the method stated in the promotion (for example a direct message or email), within the stated timeframe.
• Winners may need to respond within a stated period and provide the details needed to deliver the prize. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, we may withdraw it and select an alternative winner.
• We may publish a winner’s social media handle or first name where reasonable to show the promotion was run fairly. We will not publish other personal details without consent, unless required by law or by applicable promotional rules.

Not financial advice. Giveaways, forecasts, market content, and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Entering a promotion does not require you to buy, trade, or hold any cryptoasset unless a specific, lawful promotion clearly states otherwise, and we do not encourage you to do so on the basis of a giveaway.

Changes, suspension, and cancellation. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or withdraw a promotion, or these terms, where reasonably necessary — for example due to fraud, technical failures, platform issues, circumstances outside our control, or legal or regulatory requirements. Where practical, we will give notice.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, COINAUGUR LTD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a promotion or your participation in it. Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Your data. Where you enter a promotion, we process personal data (such as your name or social handle, contact details, and information needed to verify eligibility and deliver prizes) to administer the promotion, contact winners, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We use this data as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not collect more than we need.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
