Every paid placement on CoinAugur is clearly and prominently labelled as Sponsored or Sponsored Partner. The label is visible on both desktop and mobile, before any interaction, and is never hidden in small print. The word “Partner” alone is never used as the only disclosure.

Paid partnerships never influence, and never appear to influence, CoinAugur's AI forecast values, AI consensus, token rankings, search ordering, trending calculations, accuracy scores, model cards, forecast history, community comments, editorial analysis, ratings or token inclusion decisions. Sponsorship data is stored and served entirely separately from our forecast data.

A partner placement is an advertisement, not an endorsement. It is not an AI recommendation, a CoinAugur endorsement, a forecast result, a token rating, a verified investment opportunity, or financial advice. Always do your own research.

Partners are responsible for ensuring their campaign and any claims within it are accurate, substantiated, and legally compliant in every jurisdiction they target. CoinAugur may request supporting evidence at any time.

We manually review every partner and reject campaigns involving:

• Guaranteed returns or guaranteed profits
• "100x" or unrealistic financial claims
• Misleading or unsupported performance claims
• Scam-style presales and fake urgency / false countdowns
• Impersonation or misleading branding
• Projects without a functioning website
• Anonymous projects with no credible supporting information
• Malware, phishing or wallet-draining behaviour
• Unlicensed or clearly non-compliant services
• Manipulative trading claims, market manipulation or pump-and-dump activity
• Fake testimonials or false user statistics
• Anything likely to damage user trust

Token projects and campaigns involving cryptoasset purchases, trading, staking, yield or financial returns require enhanced review.

We assess target jurisdictions, regulatory status, the responsible legal entity, appropriate risk warnings, and any financial-promotion approval route before a campaign can go live. Payment alone never approves a token campaign.

CoinAugur retains the right to:

• Reject an application
• Request more information
• Require creative changes
• Pause a campaign
• Remove a placement
• Cancel a campaign
• Reject future applications
